4. Letter from Hon. Johnny T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province dated September 4, 2025 addressed to the Honorable Members, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for a passage of the appropriate legislative measure to implement DBM Budget Circular 2024-6 dated December 12, 2024, granting Medical Allowance to civilian government personnel in the amount of Seven Thousand Pesos (P7,000.00). The funding requirements for the Medical Allowance has been appropriated and included in the Personal Services of the 2025 Annual Budget of the province under Other Bonuses and Allowances, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for a passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Ordinance “Creating a Technical Working Group for the Climate Change Adaptation Plans in Rice and Rice-Based Sector”.
