Alameda, Sr., Provincial Vice Governor and Presiding Officer, all of this Province dated February 25, 2026, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Health (DOH) Center for Health Development (CHD) CARAGA, duly represented by its OIC Director IV, Sadaila K. Raki-in, MD, MCHM, MDM, CESO IV, for the financial incentive amounting to Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) granted to the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur for ranking Top 2 in the 2022 LGU Health Scorecard Performance Result, for the Body’s information and appropriate action. 26-05582

Asuncion, Chief, Water Rights Division, National Water Resources Board, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Quezon City, dated January 21, 2026, copy furnished this Office, with reference to the Water Permit Application for surface water/groundwater with WPA No. XIII-SDS-2025-12-016 filed by DENR-CENRO Lianga located at Spring: Barangay St. Christine, 8307 Lianga, Surigao del Sur. The latter requested that the enclosed Notice/s of Water Permit Applications be posted on the Bulletin Board of the Office and shall remain posted for a period of fifteen (15) days from receipt. Further, she requested the Body that any person who may be adversely affected by the proposed appropriation/s may file a verified protest with the National Water Resources Board within fifteen (15) days from the posting of said Notice/s of Application.
