Letter from Hon. Johnny T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, addressed to the Honorable Members of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Provincial Vice Governor and Presiding Officer, all of this Province dated February 9, 2026, requesting for the conduct of a Special Session in relation to Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council  (PDRRMC) Resolution No. 01, Series of 2026, entitled “A Resolution Recommending to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan the Declaration of the Province of Surigao del Sur Under a State of Calamity Due to the Impact of Tropical Storm ‘Basyang’”.
