Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province dated August 13, 2025, requesting for a passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) by and among the Southern Philippines Medical Center, duly represented by its Medical Center Chief II, Dr. Ricardo B. Aduan, M.D., FPAFP, and the Department of Health Center for Health Development Caraga duly represented by its Regional Director Sadaila K. 14. Order from Atty. Anna Liza G. Logan, Deputy Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs, Office of the President, Malacañang, dated August 5, 2025 relative to OP-IAD-24-J-107 (Administrative Case No. 01-2024) in connection of the October 24, 2024 Notice of Appeal and November 07, 2024 Appeal Memorandum with Prayer for the Issuance of Temporary Restraining Order and/or Writ of Preliminary Injunction of Dr. Josie M. Bonifacio assailing Resolution No. 2427-24, of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of the Province of Surigao del Sur finding her administratively liable for Simple Neglect of Duty and meted with a penalty of one (1) month and one (1) day suspension without pay. The latter informed the Body that to enable the Office to act on the appeal without necessarily giving due course thereto, it is hereby directed that: 1. Within fifteen (15) days from receipt of the Order, for appellees to submit their comments to the Appeal Memorandum, the comment shall (a) point out the insufficiencies or inaccuracies in appellant’s statement of facts, and (b) state the reason why the appeal should be denied or dismissed. Copies of appellees’ Comments shall be served on appellant with proof of service submitted to the Office; and 2. Within fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof, for the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur to forward to the Office the complete records of the case (or certified copies thereof) with each page consecutively numbered and initialed by the custodian of the records together with a summary of proceedings thereon from the date of filing of the complaint up to its transmittal to this Office in chronological order indicating the action taken, incidents resolved, and listing of all pleadings, motions, manifestations, annexes, exhibits, and other papers or documents filed by the contending parties, the corresponding Orders, Resolutions, and Decisions as required under Memorandum Circular No. 123, s. 1991 of the Office of the President, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
15. Order Atty. Anna Liza G. Logan, Deputy Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs, Office of the President, Malacañang, dated July 30, 2025 relative to OP-IAD-25-D-027 (Administrative Case No. 07-2024) in connection of the April 03, 2025 Notice of Appeal Memorandum filed by Sangguniang Bayan (SB) Member Merald Poll B. Hinampas, Jr. of Bayabas, Surigao del Sur, assailing the January 21, 2025 Resolution of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of the Province of Surigao del Sur on the Administrative Complaint filed by SB Member Edgardo Jamisola Butad (Appellee) of the same municipality, docketed as Administrative Case No. 07-2024. The latter informed the Body that to enable the Office to act on the appeal without necessarily giving due course thereto, it is hereby directed that: 1.
