Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for an urgent passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign the Deed of Donation on behalf of the Province of Surigao del Sur with the Office of the President, duly represented by its Undersecretary Adrian Carlos A. Cañedo, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member, this Province, acknowledging receipt of SP Resolution No. 2867-25, dated February 18, 2025, requesting the provision of Free Wi-fi for All services at the New Hinatuan Public Market and Public Terminal. He informed the Body that the request has been duly noted and will be considered in the next phase of the Free Wi-fi for All Program deployment in the region. Further, he informed the Body that the Regional Wi-fi Team will coordinate with the representatives once there are updates regarding the projects’s implementation, for the Body’s information.
6. Letter from Mr. Gabriel C. Falcon, Jr., Provincial General Services Officer, Provincial General Services Office, this Province dated October 13, 2025, addressed to Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, in response to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 303-25, Series of 2025, entitled “Earnestly Requesting the Provincial General Services Office (PGSO) of this Province to Make a Follow-up with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Regarding the Unreleased Official Plate Numbers of Government Vehicles of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur”. He informed the Body that the Provincial General Services Office (PGSO) has already coordinated with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) concerning the said matter. Further, he informed the Body that in compliance with the resolution their office shall again make a follow-up with the LTO to determine the current status of the pending official plate numbers and ensure that all government vehicles are properly documented and registered at the soonest possible time, for the Body’s information.
