1. Letter from Mr. John Vincent C. Pimentel, Provincial Administrator, for and in behalf of Hon. Johnny T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province addressed to All Members Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Provincial Advisory Committee (PAC) Surigao del Sur dated July 14, 2025, with subject: Participation in the Joint Monitoring and Field Visit of the DSWD RAC/RTWG, PAC, and MCAC in San Miguel, this Province. The latter informed the Body that the DSWD Field Office Caraga, through the leadership of Regional Director Mari-Flor A. Dollaga-Libang, has officially communicated the conduct of a Joint Monitoring and Fiel d Visit in the Municipality of San Miguel, Surigao del Sur on July 30-31, 2025. This initiative was jointly undertaken by the Regional Advisory Council (RAC) and the Regional Technical Working Group (RTWG) in collaboration with the Provincial Advisory Committee (PAC) and the City/Municipal Convergence Advisory Committees (C/MCAC) which aims to evaluate and strengthen the implementation of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) through a coordinated convergence strategy. Further, she informed the Body that the activity will involve an on-site validation of selected areas with varying levels of compliance in health, education, and Family Development Sessions (FDS), with San Miguel identified as a priority area based on recent monitoring data, for the Body’s information.
2. Notice of Hearing on NTC Case No. 2019-163 dated June 19, 2025 issued by Mr. Adriano B. Consunji, Board Secretary, National Telecommunications Commission, Department of Information and Communication Technology, Quezon City, in connection with the Application of the Ignite Telecommunications, Inc., for a Motion for Expansion of Authorized Services Areas covered by its Provisional Authority to Install, Operate and Maintain a Nationwide Data Communications Network/Service and to Charge a Schedule of Rates therefor under NTC Case No. 2019-163. It is also informed that hearing was on July 29, 2025, (Tuesday) at eleven o’clock in the morning (11:00 A.M.) at the Legal Branch, 3rd Floor, NTC Building, National Telecommunications Commission, BIR Road, East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City, via zoom hearing, wherein applicant shall present its compliance with the Commission’s jurisdictional requirements, as well as its evidences, if warranted, for the Body’s information.
