4. Ordinance No. 29 dated June 23, 2025 of the Municipality of Carrascal, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Standardizing the Daily Wage Rates of Select Job Order Workers/Employees of the Municipality of Carrascal to Four Hundred Pesos (P00), in Line with the Recent Wage Increase Mandated by the Caraga Wage Board and the Municipality’s Reclassification as a First-Class Municipality, on Top of the Wage Adjustment Implemented in March 2025, and in Recognition of the Indispensable Role of Job Order Personnel in the Delivery of Public Service”.

5. Appropriation Ordinance No. 30 dated July 1, 2025 of the Municipality of Carrascal, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 2, Series of 2025, Involving an Amount of One Hundred Two Million Two Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Pesos and Nine Centavos (P102,263,590.09). Covering Various Expenditures for the Operation of the General Fund and Local Economic Enterprise (LEE) of the Municipal Government and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose.

6. Appropriation Ordinance No. 02 dated June 17, 2025 of the Municipality of Cagwait, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 02 Series of 2025 Involving the Sum of Five Million Sixty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Seven Pesos and Sixty Four Centavos (Php5,068,667.64) Derived from the Savings of Vacant Positions Under the General Fund and One Million Thirty One Thousand Seventy Eight Pesos and Three Centavos (Php1,031,078.03) for the Municipal Economic Enterprise Fund Purposely to Fund the Necessary Expenditures for the Efficient and Effective Delivery of Basic Services in the Municipality of Cagwait, Province of Surigao del Sur”.

7. Appropriation Ordinance No. 03 dated June 30, 2025 of the Municipality of Madrid, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 1 Series of 2025 Involving an Amount of Eight Million Eight Hundred Thirteen Thousand One Hundred Twenty Six Pesos and 08/100 (P8,813,126.08) for the Priority and Essential Needs in the Delivery of the Basic and Other Services in the Municipality of Madrid”.

8. Ordinance No. 03 dated April 14, 2025 of the Municipality of Madrid, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Mandating the Creation of Separate and Distinct Budgets for the Office of the Vice Mayor, the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan Members, and the Office of the Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan in the Municipality of Madrid, Surigao del Sur”.

13. Ordinance No. 012 dated June 04, 2025 of the City of Tandag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Requiring All Residents, Institutions, and Establishments in the City of Tandag to Maintain a ‘Go Bag’ or ‘Survival Bag’ as a Mandatory Component of Disaster Preparedness, Providing for Implementation Guidelines, and for Other Purposes”.

14. Ordinance No. 014 dated June 18, 2025 of the City of Tandag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Amending Sections 5 and 6 of Ordinance No. 23, Series of 2013, Otherwise Known as ‘An Ordinance Implementing Forced Evacuation as a Resort When a Disaster or Emergency has Been Declared in the City and Danger of Loss of Lives Becomes Imminent, Providing Penalties Therefor and for Other Purposes,’ by Expanding its Scope, Establishing Mandatory Evacuation and Force Evacuation Protocols, Enhancing Disaster Preparedness Measures, and Strengthening Enforcement”.

18. Ordinance No. 12-25 dated May 26, 2025 of the Municipality of Cagwait, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Institutionalizing the Paperless Session System and the Legislative Information System and Creating the Legislative Tracking System and Monitoring Unit in the Sangguniang Bayan of Cagwait, Surigao del Sur”.

Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the basic communication dated July 1, 2025 from Engr. Ruel B. Bantugan, MPA, District Engineer, Surigao del Sur 1st District Engineering Office, forwarding their response to Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 3153-25 dated June 10, 2025, entitled “Earnestly Requesting the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to Create a Task Force/Technical Working Group (TWG) with the Concerned Local Government Units to Review the Necessary Enactment/Legislations on Road Obstructions in Order to Protect the Pedestrian, Drivers/Motorists Along the National Highways of the Province of Surigao del Sur”, with the information that any project on-going along the national roads like asphalt overlay, reblocking, or widening, is the contractor’s responsibility to put warning signs or traffic/flag man to avoid accident with the supervision and monitoring of the field personnel. Further, he informed the Body that within the duration of the contract, contractors are advised to maintain the warning and information signs. In addition, instead of creating a Task Force/Technical Working Group (TWG), they will furnish the Office a copy each time a notice of obstruction is issued to any establishment or structure that encroaches within the road right-of-way, for the Body’s information.

2. Letter from Ms. Annabelle L. Acma, Assistant District Engineer, by the authority of Engr. Ruel B. Bantugan, MPA, District Engineer, Surigao del Sur 1st District Engineering Office, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Tandag City, this Province dated July 07, 2025, addressed to the Provincial Board Members of the Province of Surigao del Sur, furnishing a copy of the Status Report of Project Implementation undertaken by the DPWH-SDS 1st District Engineering Office, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur for the Month of June, 2025, for the Body’s information.

3. Letter from Mr. John Vincent C. Pimentel, Provincial Administrator, for and in behalf of Hon. Johnny T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated July 4, 2025 with subject: Strict Compliance on Undersigning and Avoidance of Erasures in Official Documents and Countersigning. The latter informed the Body that in line with the continuing effort to uphold professionalism and accuracy in official documentation, all concerned personnel are hereby reminded to observe the following guidelines: 1. Undersigning Documents – a. Only authorized personnel shall affix their signatures on official documents, b. Undersigning on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited unless formally authorized in writing (e.g., through a designation order or special power of attorney); 2. Avoidances of Erasures – a. Any form of erasure, alteration, or correction on official documents must be properly documented and countersigned with initials and signature; 3. Documentary Accountability – a. Any document found with unauthorized signatures or tampered entries may be subject to immediate administrative investigation/inquiry, for the Body’s information.
