Dollaga-Libang, Regional Director, for the implementation of the project entitled “Project Lawa at Binhi” also known as Local Adaptation to Water Access and Breaking Insufficiency through Nutritious Harvest for the priority areas exposed to the effects of El Nino and La Nina based on the Climate Outlook of DOST-PAGASA with the highest number of poor families based on Listahan 3, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
