14. Certification from Mr. Christopher C. Aying, Acting Provincial Officer, National Commission on Indigenous Peoples, Provincial Office, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, issued January 13, 2025 certifying that based on the Resolution of the SP attached to the certification as a result of the selection process facilitated by the Provincial Tribal Council of the Province of Surigao del Sur on the 10th day of January 2025 at EDM Convention Hall, Rosario, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, and pursuant to the National and Local Guidelines in the implementation of Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative (IPMR), as well as in accordance with their decision-making process, Hawudon Jimmy Iligan Guinsod was re-selected as the Provincial IPMR of the Province of Surigao del Sur for his 3rd term in the Office. He shall represent the three Indigenous Cultural Communities (ICCs) of Surigao del Sur: Manobo, Mandaya, and Mamanwa ICCs.
