1. Letter of Atty. Usmin P. Diamel, Director IV, Commission on Audit, Regional Office No. XIII, Butuan City addressed to Hon. Vicente T. Pimentel, Jr., Provincial Governor, copy furnished the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province dated March 28, 2017 transmitting the Annual Audit Report on the results of the audit of the accounts and operations of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur for the year ended December 31, 2016, in compliance with Section 2, Article IX-D of the Philippine Constitution and Section 43 of Presidential Decree No. 1445. She expressed a qualified opinion on the fairness of the presentation of the Financial Statements of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur in view of the exceptions noted in the report and other findings and observations which was discussed in detail in the Observations and Recommendations portion of the aforesaid report. She then requested that the recommended remedial measures be immediately implemented and that they would appreciate receiving information on the actions taken thereon by submitting the Agency Action Plan and Status of Implementation within 60 days from receipt of the Annual Audit Report.

7. Ordinance No. RP-03 dated April 18, 2017 of the Municipality of Tago, this Province, entitled “An Ordinance Amending Municipal Ordinance No. RP-05 Dated October 16, 2013, Series of 2013, Entitled “An Ordinance Defining the Use of the Four-Wheeled Farm Tractor Owned by the Municipality of Tago, Surigao del Sur Particularly Section 4, Sub-Sections 4.4, 4.5 and 4.6, to be Finally Read Now as:

1. Sub-Section 4.4 the Price Plowing Per Hectare Shall be One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P1,500.00).

2. Sub-Section 4.5 the Services of the Operator Shall be Engaged Through Job Order.

3. Sub-Section 4.6 the Oil, Lubricants, Spare Parts and Other Maintenance and Operating Expenses Shall be Chargeable Against the Income of the Tractor; However, the Fuel Cost Shall be Borne/Shouldered by the Clients/Farmers.
