She further informed the Body that the Resolution had been forwarded to the DPWH Regional Office XIII for verification of whether the projects listed in the Resolution have been included in its FY 2027 budget proposal, the Revalidated/Updated FY 2027 Programs and Projects (PAPs) of the CARAGA Regional Development Investment Program (RDIP) and FY 2027-2029 Three-Year Rolling Infrastructure Program (TRIP). For projects not yet reflected in the RDIP/TRIP, the said agency was requested to coordinate with the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur to discuss its enrolment in the RDIP/TRIP under appropriate implementation year, subject to implementation readiness and program requirements. Likewise, for projects proposed for implementation in succeeding years, the Provincial Government was advised to submit them to the DPWH Surigao del Sur District Engineering Offices for onward submission to the DPWH Regional Office XIII at least two years prior to their intended year of implementation, as such updated list of priority serves as a key reference in the preparation and deliberation of the DPWH Regional Office XIII’s budget proposal, which is conducted one year prior to its target implementation year, for the Body’s information. 26-06159
