Paqueo, Barangay Purisima, Municipality of Tago, this Province, copy furnished this Office, pertaining to the letter dated June 15, 2026 addressed to Hon. Ira Minette C. Pimentel and the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Bayan (SB), requesting correction of Record regarding notable admissions by complaint in Case No. 02-2025. She informed the Body that the Decision has already been issued on Administrative Case No. 02-2025 on March 9, 2026. Accordingly, failure to file an appeal within the prescribed period means the decision of the Administrative Case becomes final and executory. She further informed the Body that the matter has effectively been resolved and is no longer proper for the rendition of any correction. The Office of the Sangguniang Bayan of Tago then respectfully declines to issue a further opinion on the matter, for the Body’s information and appropriate action. 26-05999
