10. Letter dated January 31, 2017 from Hon. Vicente T. Pimentel, Jr., Provincial Governor, addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province together with the letter dated January 31, 2017 from Mr. Marcos M. Quico, Provincial Agriculturist, also of this Province requesting this Honorable Body for the passage of a resolution authorizing the Honorable Provincial Governor to sign and enter into a Memorandum of Agreement for and in behalf of the Province of Surigao del Sur with the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office XIII, Butuan City Represented by its Regional Executive Director Alberto D. Ocampo on the continuing implementation of Research on the Performance of Hybrid Rice Varieties Tolerant to Biotic Stresses in our Province.

Plaza, Jr., Security Guard II, Provincial General Services Office, also of this Province designating him as Officer-in-Charge of the Security Services Division in view of the reassignment of Mr. Simeon V. Cuyno, Security Officer IV of the Office of Provincial General Services to the Capitol Sub-Office in Bislig City.

2. Letter dated January 9, 2017 from Elvira S. Daradar, REA, OIC-Regional Director, Bureau of Local Government Finance, Department of Finance, CARAGA Administrative Region, Butuan City addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province informing the August Body that she already issued a Certificate of Compliance on the proposed Shedule of Market Values (SMV) for 2017 General Revision of the Province of Surigao del Sur submitted by the Provincial Assessor after having passed the review of their Office pursuant to BLGF Memorandum Circular No. 20-2012 dated April 2, 2012 .

3. Trial Balance for Special Education Fund of the Province of Surigao del Sur as of November 30, 2016 submitted by Mr. Charles B. Tonera, Provincial Accountant, this Province.

4. Memorandum Circular No. 2017-11 dated January 18, 2017 of the Department of the Interior and Local Government together with the letter dated January 3, 2017 from Hon. Marlon Paulo C. Alejandrino, Interim National President addressed to all Provincial Governors, City and Municipal Mayors, ARMM Regional Governor, Presiding Officers of the Sanggunians, DILG Regional Directors and other concerned informing that the National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) will be holding their 22^nd National Congress and Election of National Executive Council on February 23-25, 2017 at the Mariott Grant Ballroom, Pasay City. Attached is an invitation letter for the Body’s information and guidance.

5. Resolution No. VG-128 dated January 10, 2017 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, this Province, entitled “Furnishing the Municipal Budget Officer and the Human Resource Management Officer, this Municipality Copy of the Civil Service Commission Opinion Re: The Transfer of Administrative Officer III Position from the Mayor’s Office to Sangguniang Bayan Office and to Correct the Personnel Schedule of the Office of the Municipal Mayor and the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan to Conform the Opinion of the Civil Service Commission”. Attached is a letter dated December 21, 2016 from Atty. Winston L. Plaza, Director III, Civil Service Commission Regional Office, Butuan City relative to his opinion on the subject position of Records Officer III created per SB Ordinance No. CV-89B, Series of 1994.
