Purisima, docketed as: Administrative Case No. 02-2025 FOR: Abuse of Authority, Neglect of Duty, Gross Misconduct, and other violations of RA 10742 and RA 6713. The complainants’ Position Paper was submitted on January 8, 2026, while the respondents were requested and were granted a 10-day extension for their Position Paper, which they submitted on January 17, 2026. As a result, the case was deemed submitted for decision thereafter. To date, no notice of hearing, status update, or decision has been received by the complainants despite the lapse of almost two (2) months.
