Cubil, Municipal Mayor of the Municipality of Marihatag, thisProvinceaddressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Honorable Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Provincial Vice Governor, all of this Province,requesting this August Body for partial reconsideration of the conditionbeing imposed under Par.1 of SP Resolution No. 241-16.
