9. 1st Indorsement dated November 24, 2025 from Atty. Limuel L. Auza, Provincial Legal Officer, this Province, respectfully returning to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D. Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the comment and opinion of the former concerning the 1st Indorsement involving Executive Order Nos. 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51 and 52, all Series of 2025, from the City of Bislig. He informed the Body that upon reviewing all the Executive Orders, it is of his opinion that all the mentioned Executive Orders are within the scope and authority of the City Mayor to issue, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

10. Letter from Ms. Cynthia A. Ty, Landowner, dated November 26, 2025 addressed to Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor and the Honorable Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, all of this Province thru Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, requesting the following information, Ordinances and Resolutions of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan on the following areas: a) Dalan pa-luha, b) Lot 3761 Rosario, c) Victoria Bridge-Tandag Gamut Highway, c) dalan pa-Soong that traverse Lot 154 Victoria. She stressed that as a landowner she asks these information to be apprised of the future plans of the government that affects her property and vicinity, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

16. Letter from Ms. Thelma S. Alcoberes, RPF, Provincial ENR Officer, this Province dated November 27, 2025 addressed to Hon. Henrich M. Pimentel, Member, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, providing the copies of the Cease and Desist Orders issued to the Municipality of Barobo, Surigao del Sur, as well as the Reports from the field monitoring personnel regarding the illegal mining activities in the area. She informed the Body that these documents contain updates to address environmental concerns in the Municipality of Barobo, Surigao del Sur, specifically in Barangays Mamis, Bahi, and Tambis, where mining activities have been reported to affect local ecosystems and communities in the Municipality of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
