Resolution No. 172 dated November 14, 2016 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province, entitled “A Resolution Approving the Twenty Percent (20%) Local Development Fund for CY 2017,as Prioritized by the Municipal Development Council in its MDC Resolution No. 03,Series of 2016, dated September 22, 2016 in the Total Amount of Twelve Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty–Four Pesos and Forty Centavos (Php12,993,854.40), Subject for Review and Appoval by the Concerned Provincial Finance Committee.”

4. Resolution No. VG-074 dated November 15, 2016 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, this Province, entitled “Approving the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for FY 2017 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.”

Regina Paz L.
