Appropriation Ordinance No. RP 03-2016 dated October 7, 2016 of the Municipality of Tago, this Province, entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 02 for Fiscal Year 2016 Involving an Amount of One Million Seven Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Sixty Five Pesos and 78/100 Centavos (P1,763,065.78) for the Operation of the Municipal Government of Tago, Surigao del Sur.”

2. Letter of Hon. Vicente T. Pimentel, Jr., Provincial Governor, this Province addressed to the Honorable Vice Governor, Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru the Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province submitting the FY 2017 General Fund Executive Annual Budget of the Province of Surigao del Sur for legislative authorization pursuant to Section 319 of the Local Government Code of 1991.

2. Trial Balance for General Fund of the Province of Surigao del Sur as of August 31, 2016 submitted by Mr. Charles B. Tonera, Provincial Accountant, this Province.

3. Trial Balance for LBP 20% Economic Development Fund of the Province of Surigao del Sur as of August 31, 2016 submitted by Mr. Charles B. Tonera, Provincial Accountant, this Province.
