3. Letter of Hon. Vicente T. Pimentel, Jr., Provincial Governor, this Province, addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province dated September 28, 2016 requesting this Body to amend Section 4 of Ordinance No. 64-15 (Series of 2015) entitled “Ordinance Regulating the Use of Trust Funds in the District/Community Hospitals in the Province of Surigao del Sur”, to enable the hospitals to provide quality health services to its patients and the community it serves.
