Appropriation Ordinance No. 28-16 dated September 6, 2016 of the Municipality of Cagwait, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 01, FY 2016 Involving the Sum of One Million Five Hundred Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos and Sixteen Centavos (P1,509,768.16) Derived from the Underestimated Income from Waterworks System Fees and Savings from Unfilled Positions to be Utilized for the Operation of the Municipality of Cagwait”.

Resolution No. VG-030 dated September 6, 2016 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, this Province entitled “Strongly Supporting the Resolutions of all the Barangays Within the Municipality of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur for the National Government to Enact Laws, Rules and Regulations to Develop and Implement a Philippines National Disaster and Risk Reduction Funding Mechanism for Electric Cooperatives”.
3. Memorandum Circular No. 2016-129 dated September 19, 2016 issued by Mr. Esmael D. Sueno, Secretary, Department of the Interior and Local Government, DILG-Napolcom Center, Quezon City, addressed to all Provincial Governors Vice Governors, City/Municipal Mayors, Vice Mayors, the Regional Governor of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, DILG Regional Directors and Others Concerned informing that the Department of Trade and Industry–Philippine Trade Training Center (DTI-PTTC), the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship (PCE) and the Center for Future Leadership, Inc. (CFL) relative to the holding of the 2nd Negosyo sa Bayan Entrepreneurship Support and Development Training with the theme “Angat Lahat: Focus on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Local Government Units on November 9-12, 2016 at Royal Mandaya Hotel, Davao City. He encouraged all Governors, Vice Governors, Mayors and Vice Mayors to allow Chairs and Members of their respective Sangguniang Committees on Trade and Industry and Livelihood and Economic Enterprise Development, Local Economic Investment Promotion Officers, Local Enterprise Development Officers, Local Cooperative Development Officers and other Key LGU Officials or Employees designated by the Local Chief Executives (LCEs) to participate in the training, provided that it is within the Capability Development Agenda of the LGU.
