1. Appropriation Ordinance No. 07 dated September 11, 2025 of the Municipality of Lanuza, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 5, Series of 2025 Involving an Amount of Four Million Eight Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos and Sixty-Seven Centavos (Php4,821,877.67) Only Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the General Fund of the Local Government Unit and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.
2. Letter from Hon. Johnny T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province dated September 25, 2025, addressed to Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor and the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, thru Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of an Ordinance for the correction of an encoded error in the Loan Amortization Program of the province within the Annual Budget for Calendar Year (CY) 2025, specifically under 20% Development Fund. The funds, originally misallocated to the “Amortization of Brand New Heavy Equipment (2023),” should be reallocated to the “Amortization of Concreting of Various Provincial Roads”. This rectification is essential to align the budget with the Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2025, and in consonance with the approved attached Statement of Indebtedness, facilitate actual project implementation, and uphold fiscal accuracy and transparency, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
3. Appropriation Ordinance No. 02 dated September 29, 2025 of the Municipality of Bayabas, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 02, Series of 2025 Involving an Amount of Two Million, Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand, One Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos and 35/100 (P2,720,155.35) for the Purpose of Augmenting the Budget of Various Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) Under the General Public Services, Covering Executive Governance Program and Engineering Services of the Municipality of Bayabas, Surigao del Sur”.
4. Appropriation Ordinance No. 03-25 dated September 1, 2025 of the Municipality of Cagwait, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 03 Series of 2025 Involving an Amount of One Million Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Nine Pesos and Twenty Eight Centavos (P1,230,789.28) Under the General Fund Purposely to Fund the Necessary Expenditures for the Efficient and Effective Delivery of Basic Services of the Municipality of Cagwait, Surigao del Sur”.

6. Resolution No. 125-25 dated June 17, 2025 of the Municipality of Cagwait, this Province entitled “A Resolution Affirming MDC Res. No. 001 S. 2025 Dated June 5, 2025 Entitled ‘A Resolution Adopting and Approving the Annual Investment Program (AIP) for FY 2026 of the Municipality of Cagwait, Surigao del Sur”.
