13. 1^st Indorsement of Hon. Vicente T. Pimentel, Jr., Provincial Governor, this Province dated August 18, 2016 indorsing to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor and Presiding Officer the letter of Dr. Ina Isabel B. Plaza, Chief of Hospital, Lingig Community Hospital dated August 15, 2016 requesting for the passage of a resolution soliciting brand new ambulance from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Officeand to reflect in the aforesaid resolution the grant of authority to the Chief of Hospital being the Head of Lingig Community Hospital as well as the provision for the allocation of the necessary funds for its utilization/operation and maintenance.
