3. Appropriation Ordinance No. 006 dated August 3, 2016 of the City Tandag, this Province, entitled “Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 03, Series of 2016 Involving an Amount of Ten Million Six Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos and 97/100 (P10,635,388.97) Only Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the General Fund of the City Government for Fiscal Year 2016, and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

9. Letter of Ms. Maria Liza C. Baid, President, Nagkahiusaang Mangingisda sa Hinatuan (NAMAHIN FEDERATION), Purok Maharlika, Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur addressed to the Honorable Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, this Province dated August 8, 2016 submitting to this Body the required documents and requesting for recognition and accredition of the Federation as a Civil Society Organization in the Province of Surigao del Sur.

10. Letter of Hon. Joey G. Pelaez, Vice Governor, Province of Misamis Oriental addressed to Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Provincial Vice Governor, this Province dated July 28, 2016 furnishing this Body a copy of SP Resolution No. 06-2016 of the Province of Misamis Oriental entitled “Resolution Strongly Urging President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and the 17th Congress to Postpone the Conduct of October 2016 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Election to Coincide with the Election of Delegates to Preferred Constitutional Convention that will Propose Amendments to the 1987 Philippine Constitution”. He appealed for the immediate consideration and/or support and requested this Body to pass a similar Resolution supporting the said position.
