1. Notice of Hearing on BMC Case No. 2024-097 dated October 9, 2024 issued by Mr. Adriano B. Consunji, Board Secretary, National Telecommunications Commission, Department of Information and Communications Technology, Quezon City in connection with the Application of the Malindang Broadcasting Network Corporation, requesting for the issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) to install, operate and maintain an FM Broadcasting Station in Lianga, Surigao del Sur. The applicant has requested for the issuance of a Provisional Authority (PA) pending final determination of the application. It is also informed that the hearing is on November 5, 2024, (Tuesday) at eleven thirty in the morning (11:30 AM) at the Legal Branch, 3^rd Floor, National Telecommunications Commission, BIR Road, East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City, via zoom hearing, wherein applicant shall present its compliance with the Commission’s jurisdictional requirements, as well as its evidences, if warranted, for the Body’s information.
