22. Letter from Mr. Joceler M. Moralda, Acting General Manager, Surigao del Sur I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SURSECO I), Bislig City, Surigao del Sur dated October 2, 2024, addressed to Hon. Gines Ricky J. Sayawan, Sr., Member of the 20^th Sanggunaing Panlalawigan, this Province, submitting to this Body a copy of the estimated cost amounting to Three Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Nine Pesos and 83/100 (Php3,739,829.83) on the Extension and Modification of 3-Phase Double Circuit Primary Line to supply the Provincial Capitol of the South in the Second (2^nd) District of Surigao del Sur located at Barangay Kahayag, Bislig City. The latter informed the Body  that  they applied the provisions of the DOE-DPWH Joint Circular No. 01, Series of 2017 which prescribes the guidelines and procedure for the payment of compensation and/or recovery of cost on the relocation of the affected electric cooperative facility in the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

Alameda, Sr., Provincial Vice Governor, all of this Province will be held on October 18, 2024 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning at Villa Maria Luisa Hotel, San Agustin Sur, Tandag City, this Province.

            Further, the 114^th Regular Session of the 20^th Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province will be held on October 22, 2024 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall, Legislative Building, Capitol of the South, Kahayag, Bislig City, this Province.
