Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, favorably indorsing the attached letter of Mr. Kim Hesrod Siriban, Barobo, this Province, TECHMASTER Computer Software Trading, requesting the Honorable Council to evaluate and assess his request for an Ordinance granting his proposed business for a three-year franchise. He informed the Body that they already submitted the Detailed Engineering Design Plan for the rehabilitation of Awasian-Quezon Provincial Road, including the Program of Works/Budget Cost, for the Body’s information.

Delos Santos, CESO IV, Regional Director (DPWH), Caraga Region, Butuan City, in response to Resolution No. 1784-24 dated June 24, 2024, for the Body’s information.
3.Letter from RD. Maria Fe D. Jagna, CESO IV, Regional Director, Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Regional Office No. XIII, Butuan City dated July 9, 2024 addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Province of Surigao del Sur through Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, informing the August Body on their review of the FY 2024 Supplemental Budget No. 3 of the General Fund of the Province of Surigao del Sur, involving an appropriation of P21,441,360.00 under Appropriation Ordinance (AO) No. 109-24 dated June 18, 2024, which reveals substantial compliance with the same law and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The latter informed the Body that the above-mentioned Budget was declared operative on its stated date of effectivity, subject to the posting requirement under Section 59 of R.A. No. 7160. It was further informed that the review action does not authorize any item of appropriation that is specifically prohibited by or inconsistent with provisions of laws, for the Body’s information.
4.Letter from Atty. Raffy M. Lafuente, Officer-in-Charge, for and in behalf of Froilan U. Caturla, Port Manager, Philippines Port Authority (PPA) dated July 8, 2024 addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Province of Surigao del Sur, this Province, informing the August Body on the response to Resolution No. 1836-24, Series of 2024 requesting for the profile of Pier 1 & 2 Ports in the former PICOP/PRI Compound in Bislig City. The latter showed in his letter the outlined Port Profile of the subject Port, for the Body’s information.
