Appropriation Ordinance No. 010 dated May 29, 2024 of the City of Tandag, this Province entitled “Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 01, Series of 2024, Involving an Amount of Sixty-Six Million One Hundred Forty-One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos Only (P66,141,668.00) Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the General Fund of the City Government for Fiscal Year 2024 and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.
2. Letter from RD Merne T. Peñaranda, Director V, Commission on Audit (COA), Regional Office No. XIII, Provincial Satellite Auditing Office, Province of Surigao del Sur dated April 30, 2024 addressed to Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, furnishing this Body a copy of the Results of the Annual Audit Report of the Province of Surigao del Sur, for the Year Ended December 31, 2023 as mandated in Section 2, Article IX-D of the Philippine Constitution and Section 43 of t Presidential Decree No. 1445, otherwise known as the “Government Auditing Code of the Philippines”. The latter informed the Body that a qualified opinion was rendered on the fairness of the presentation of the financial statements of the Province of Surigao del Sur for the year ended December 31, 2023, as indicated in the independent Auditor’s Report and the basis thereto and the other significant observations and recommendations were discussed with the Management Officials and Staff during the Exit Conference on April 18, 2024 and were presented in Part II of their Report. Anent this, the latter requested the Body that the recommended remedial measures be immediately implemented by submitting the duly accomplished Agency Action Plan and Status of Implementation (AAPSI) Form within sixty (60) days upon receipt as required under Section 99 of the General Provision of the General Appropriations Act of FY 2023 (Republic Act No. 11936), for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
3. Ordinance No. SG-636 dated May 21, 2024 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, this Province entitled “Appropriating the Amount of Twenty-Five Million Eight Hundred Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Six Pesos and Eleven Centavos (P25,803,756.11) and Authorizing General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 CY 2024 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur”.
4. Appropriation Ordinance No. 17 dated June 3, 2024 of the Municipality of Carrascal, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 2, Series of 2024, Involving an Amount of One Hundred Sixty One Million Sixty Four Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Pesos and Seventy Six Centavos (P161,064,480.76). Covering Various Expenditures for the Operation of the General Fund of the Municipal Government and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.
5. Appropriation Ordinance No. 03 dated June 6, 2024 of the Municipality of Lanuza, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 3, Series of 2024 Involving an Amount One Million One Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Eight Pesos and Twenty-Two Centavos (Php1,159,788.22) Only Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the General Fund of the Local Government Unit and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

Appropriation Ordinance No. 04 dated June 6, 2024 of the Municipality of Lanuza, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 1, Series of 2024 Involving an Amount of Seven Thousand Pesos (Php7,000.00) Only Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the Local Economic Enterprise of the Local Government Unit and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.
