Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province dated June 6, 2016 relative to Resolution No. 2276-16 requesting to allocate funds for the concreting of Farm-to-Market Road from the National Highway to Sitio Hamburger in Barangay Gata, Municipality of San Agustin, Province of Surigao del Sur. They informed that they recognized the importance of the said local road project to the development of the said province however, the DPWH priorities are the development and upgrading of national roads and bridges and flood control systems in major and principal river basins. They furthersuggest to consider addressing this request to the Department of Agriculture for consideration under the Farm-to-Market Road Program of the said Department.

Padernal, DPA, Administrator, National Irrigation Administration, Diliman, Quezon City addressed to the Regional Manager, NIA, CARAGA Region, Butuan City dated May 24, 2016 copy furnished this August Body relative to SP Resolution No. 2075-16 requesting for the rehabilitation and repair of dilapidated irrigation facilities and appurtenant structures in the Province of Surigao del Sur. He directed the Regional Manager to coordinate with the proponents and inform on the status of irrigation development in Surigao del Sur and give enlightenment on the process of identification, selection and prioritization of irrigation projects.
