4. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated April 15, 2024 addressed to the Honorable Members, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Contract of Service (COS), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur with Signaudio Enterprises, represented by its owner, Ms. Bebena S. 6. Ordinance No. 20 dated April 01, 2024 of the Municipality of San Miguel, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Municipal Human Rights Action Center (HRAC) Under the Office of the Municipal Mayor and Defining its Powers and Functions”.
7. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province dated April 12, 2024 addressed to the Honorable Members of the 20th Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, pertaining with the Review Letter of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) dated January 24, 2024 on Appropriation Ordinance No. 72-23 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur, and in consonance with the letter reply dated March 12, 2024 of the former to the said review letter, the following legislative measures are requested for urgent passage, to wit:

Ordinance No. 17 dated March 20, 2024 of the Municipality of Cortes, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Positions of Administrative Aide III (Driver I), Salary Grade – 3 in the Office of the Municipal Health Officer and Administrative Aide VI (Mechanic II), Salary Grade – 6 in the Office of the Municipal Mayor and Defining its Duties, Qualification Standards, Functions and Responsibilities and for Other Purposes”.

Jagna, CESO IV, Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Regional Officer No. XIII (Caraga), Butuan City dated March 12, 2024 addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, all of this Province, relative to the letter of the province dated March 12, 2024 submitting compliance and/or justifications in reference to the comments and recommendations made on the review conducted of the FY 2024 Annual Budget of the General Fund (GF) of the Province of Surigao del Sur under Appropriation Ordinance (AO) No. 72-23 dated December 12, 2023. The latter informed the Body that in view of the actions made by the LGU, the conditions cited on the said Review Letter dated January 24, 2024 particularly Item Nos. 1 and 5 are hereby lifted and Item Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 6 are hereby noted, however, the findings are retained pending for the submission of a copy of Resolution/Ordinance, for the Body’s information.
