Oclarit, District Engineer, Surigao del Sur 2nd Engineering Office, all of this Province, copy furnished this Body, relative to Resolution No. 1638-24, Series of 2024 dated February 20, 2024 with Subject: “Requesting Calamity Funds for the Immediate Repair and Rehabilitation of Severely Damaged Roads and Other Important Government Infrastructures in the Province of Surigao del Sur due to the occurrence of 7.4 Magnitude Earthquake last December 2023” and Resolution No. 1682-24, Series of 2024, dated February 27, 2024 with Subject: “Requesting that District Engineering Offices (DEOs) to Assess the Street Lighting Projects of All Local Government Units (LGUs) in the Province of Surigao del Sur”. The latter requested the addressees to evaluate the affected infrastructures that need immediate repair and rehabilitation, conduct assessment of the said street lighting projects and facilitate the preparation of documentary requirements in accordance with the existing DPWH guidelines and relevant issuances and submit the report of actions taken to update the former, for the Body’s Information.
