Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated April 1, 2024 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Resolution granting authority to the Honorable Provincial Governor to enter into contract with the North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU), this Province, on the deployment of On-the-Job Trainees to the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur as part of the province’s commitment to building a competent workforce for all industries within its coverage, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

E-mailed letter from the Organizing Committee, Green Philippines, Inc., dated March 30, 2024, requesting the Office of the Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province for the assistance in forwarding Advisory No. 2 as important reminders to the Offices of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK), Environment and Natural Resources Officers (ENROs), Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officers (DRRMOs) and other Authorized Officials/Personnel relative to the 6th National Youth Environmental Summit (NYES).
