Resolution No. 149 dated November 6, 2023 of the Municipality of Carrascal, this Province entitled “Approval of Annual Investment Program for Fiscal Year 2024 in the Amount of One Billion Six Million Eight Hundred Seventeen Thousand One Hundred Eighty Three Pesos & 70/100 (P1,006,817,183.70) of the Municipality of Carrascal, Surigao del Sur”.

Alameda, Vice Governor through Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, in reference to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 1347-23 dated November 7, 2023 that was received by their Office on November 14, 2023 entitled “Earnestly Requesting their Office to Facilitate the Conduct of an Orientation Seminar to the New Sets of Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Officials for the effective and efficient implementation of their Duties and Responsibilities”. They informed the August Body that their end through the Local Government Academy has been consistent in implementing Capacity Development Programs for Barangay Officials upon their Election and Assumption to Office. Further, they informed the Body that the cooperation and engagement in the crucial initiative are highly valued and that they will keep informing any updates that they work towards as seamless and beneficial orientation program for Newly-Elected Officials, for the Body’s information.
