Ordinance No. BP-19 dated November 7, 2023 of the Municipality of Tago, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Augmenting the Other Maintenance and Operating Expenses Appropriation in the Amount of Two Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (P210,000.00), Funds to be Taken from the Representation Expenses Appropriation, All Under the Office of the Municipal Human Resources Management and Development Office (MHRMDO)”.

2. Appropriation Ordinance No. 02 dated November 7, 2023 of the Municipality of Cagwait, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Annual Budget of the Municipality of Cagwait for Fiscal Year 2024 in the Total Amount of One Hundred Seventy Million Five Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php170,576,960.00) Pesos for the General Fund and Twenty Million (Php20,000,000.00) Pesos for the Municipal Economic Enterprise Fund Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the Municipal Government and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

Bantugan, MPA, District Engineer, Surigao del Sur 1st District Engineering Office, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Tandag City, this Province dated November 8, 2023, addressed to the Honorable Provincial Board Members of the Province of Surigao del Sur, furnishing a copy of the Status Report of Project Implementation undertaken by the DPWH-SDS 1^st District Engineering Office, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur for the Month of October, 2023, for the Body’s information.

2. Letter from Hon. Ruel D. Momo, Regional Chairman, Provincial Board Members League of the Philippines (PBLMP), Tandag City, this Province dated November 10, 2023, addressed to the Honorable Provincial Board Members of the Province of Surigao del Sur regarding PBLMP-CARAGA Region the Year-End Assessment on December 11-13, 2023 at Almont Inland Hotel, Butuan City. This Activity aims to assess the PBLMP Caraga Chapter in their programs , projects and activities for the year 2023 as basis for our planning for the year 2024. Likewise, this will also strengthens the bond between and among the Members of the League, for Body’s appropriate action.
