1. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated September 12, 2023 addressed to Honorable Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor and to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, requesting for the urgent enactment and passage of an Appropriation Ordinance authorizing its utilization under Supplemental Budget No. 4 CY- 2023, amounting to One Hundred Two Million Four Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Two Hundred Two Pesos & 66/100 (Php102,483,202.66) Only. The latter informed the Body that the PPA’s under Supplemental Budget are already included in the CY-2023 Supplemental Investment Program (SAIP) of the Province. Attached are the Statement of Funding Sources- LBP Form No. 8 and Statement of Supplemental Appropriation-LBP Form No. 9, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

2. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated September 11, 2023 addressed to the Honorable Members, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Resolution designating Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor and Ms. Fermina D. Palangpang, Provincial Treasurer as authorized official signatories and Mr. Esmeraldo S. Raymundo, Provincial Administrator and Mr. Benjo B. Acevedo, Acting Assistant Provincial Treasurer, as Alternate authorized official signatories, respectively, of an existing Provincial Government Dormant Deposit Account No. 403510001947 with the Philippine National Bank (PNB) for the purpose of obtaining a bank statement and the subsequent processing of reactivation and closure owing to the fact that PNB is not an authorized government depository bank. Attached are the letter of the Provincial Treasurer Fermina D. Palangpang and Ms. Cheryl Angeles B. Uriarte, PNB Tandag City Branch Head, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

3. Resolution No. 200 dated September 5, 2023 of the City of Tandag, this Province entitled “Adopting Resolution No. 07, Series of 2023, of the City Development Council (CDC), Entitled ‘Approving the 3^rd Supplemental Annual Investment Program for C.Y. 2023 of the City of Tandag’”.

4. Resolution No. 228-23 dated June 5, 2023 of the Municipality of San Miguel, this Province entitled “A Resolution Approving and Adopting the Municipal Development Council Resolution No. 05 Series of 2023, Entitled ‘A Resolution Approving and Endorsing to the Honorable Sangguniang Bayan the Herein Revision of the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) FY 2023 to Revise the Project Named as Construction of Evacuation Center/EOC Phase-VI Worth Three Million Three Hundred Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Two Pesos and 40/100 (PhP3,303,922.40)”’.

Resolution No. PP-189 dated September 5, 2023 of the Municipality of Tago, this Province entitled “Resolution Adopting and Approving Resolution No. 01 of the Executive Committee of the Municipal Development Council (MDC) Dated September 1, 2023, Titled: ‘Resolution Adopting and Approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SAIP) No. 03 for FY 2023’”.

6. Resolution No. 2023-610 dated August 22, 2023 of the City of Bislig, this Province entitled “Resolution Adopting the City Development Council (CDC) Resolution No. 6, Series of 2023, Entitled: ‘A Resolution Adopting the Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) No. 6 CY 2023’”.

Ordinance No. 06 dated July 12, 2023 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Amending Municipal Ordinance No. 6, Series of 2019 Entitled: ‘An Ordinance “Providing for a Comprehensive Youth Welfare and Development Code in the Municipality of Marihatag, Providing Funds Thereof and For Other Purposes”, Specifically Section 7 and Section 14 as Provided Hereunder”’.

10. Letter from Dir. Larry M. Heradez, Regional Director, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)-Mines and Geosciences Bureau, Regional Office No. XIII, Surigao City dated September 8, 2023 addressed to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, this Province, regarding the Petition of Barobo Mineral Mining Operator’s Association (BAMMOA) for declaration of an area covering 81.00 hectares into Small-Scale Mining Area or Minahang Bayan. The latter would like to respectfully endorse the subject petition and its pertinent documents for evaluation, deliberation, and if warranted, approval or endorsement by the Members of the Sanggunian in a form of a Resolution interposing no objection to the petitioned area of Tinalian Upland Farmers Association (TUFA) pursuant to Section 9 of DAO No. 2022-03, for Body’s information and appropriate action.

Ordinance No. 2023-17 dated August 29, 2023 of the City of Bislig, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 2019-08 Mandating Business Establishments, Schools and Learning Institutions Operating Within the Territorial Jurisdiction of Bislig City to Install a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) System and Prescribing Penalty for Violations Thereof, and Appropriating Funds Therefor”.
