2. Appropriation Ordinance No. 03 dated August 22, 2023 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 02, Calendar Year 2023 Involving an Amount of Three Million Ninety-Six Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-One Pesos (Php3,096,621.00) to Cover the Deficiencies in the Annual Budget”.

7. Ordinance No. SG-614 dated November 22, 2022 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, this Province entitled “Declaring Every 25th Day of June Every Year as Arbor Day in the Municipality of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur”.

Ordinance No. 11 dated August 2, 2023 of the Municipality of Bayabas, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Requiring Tourism Establishments in the Municipality of Bayabas, Surigao del Sur to Designate a Space or Display Corner in their Respective Areas for Tourism Promotion Collaterals and Local Products, and Posting Information on Existing Related Ordinances/Policies of the Municipality in Conspicuous Places Within the Establishment”.

10. Ordinance No. 12 dated August 2, 2023 of the Municipality of Bayabas, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2006, Entitled: Declaring Every 19th Day of November as Gakit Festival, an Annual Event of the Municipality of Bayabas, Surigao del Sur and Part of the Celebration of the Foundation Day of this Municipality Every 20th of November, by Providing Addendum Thereto Incorporating the Festival Song, Entitled Kugi sa Kamot, as its Official Jingle and to Formally Correct the Author of the Ordinance Not by Resolution-Ordinance No. 05, Series of 2010, and for Other Purposes”.
