2. Ordinance No. BP-08 dated July 4, 2023 of the Municipality of Tago, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Augmenting the Other Maintenance and Operating Expenses of the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan in the Amount of Eighty Thousand Pesos (P80,000.00), Funds to be Taken from the Unobligated Travelling Expenses Appropriation of the Same Office”.

No. 2-2023, Dated April 13, 2023, Re: The Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (SAIP) No. 2 of CY 2023 of the Municipality of San Agustin Involving the Amount of P22,664,812.30”.

Resolution No. 05 dated June 05, 2023 of the Provincial Development Council (PDC) of the Province of Surigao del Sur entitled “A Resolution Approving and Endorsing to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan the Herein Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2024 of the Province of Surigao del Sur in the Amount of Three Billion Nine Hundred Fifty-Two Million Forty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Six Pesos (Php3,952,049,556.00) for Approval and Adoption”.

6. Resolution No. 243 dated June 27, 2023 of the Municipality of Lingig, this Province entitled “A Resolution Approving the Supplemental Investment Program No. 2 for Calendar Year 2023 of the Municipality of Lingig Per Municipal Development Council Resolution No. 3 Dated May 12, 2023”.

7. Resolution No. 138 dated July 5, 2023 of the City of Tandag, this Province entitled “Adopting CDC Resolution No. 4, Series of 2023: Approving the 2^nd Supplemental Annual Investment Program C.Y. 2023 of the City of Tandag”.

8. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated June 29, 2023 addressed to the Honorable Members, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government, with the Agricultural Training Institute 13 represented by Dr. Jessie V. Bedia, OIC Center Director, Butuan City and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of San Agustin, Surigao del Sur represented by Hon. Nicolas O. Alameda, CE, MPA, Municipal Mayor, for the establishment of a ‘Swine AI sa Barangay Project under the Integrated National Swine Production Initiatives for Recovery and Expansion (INSPIRE) Program’, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

9. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated July 3, 2023 addressed to the Honorable Members of the 20^th Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, regarding the recent changes in the Organizational Structure and Staffing Patterns of the departments, units and health facilities under the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur brought about by the increasing and encompassing programs and projects of the province which gave rise to request for creation of different positions and retitling of vacant positions in various offices to suit the demands of the service necessary to expedite the delivery of basic administrative, social and economic services. Anent to this matter, the latter requested the Body for the enactment of an appropriate legislation to the created positions, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
