The latter informed the Body that the above-mentioned Resolution was received last June 14, 2023 and same was referred to Atty. Joseph Philip T. 2. Letter from Atty. Jacqueline Ann C. De Guia, Executive Director, Commission on Human Rights (CHR)-CARAGA, Butuan City dated June 02, 2023 addressed to Hon. Ruel D. Momo, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member, Office of the Provincial Council, this Province, acknowledging receipt of Resolution No. 778-23, requesting the said Office to investigate the alleged profiling and red-tagging of the PNP in Tandag City, Surigao del Sur. The latter informed the Body that the above-mentioned Resolution was received last May 26, 2023 and same request was endorsed to CHR Regional Office, CARAGA for immediate and appropriate action, for the Body’s information.
