Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated June 20, 2023 addressed to the Honorable Members, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government, with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) 1^st Engineering District, Province of Surigao del Sur, represented by Engr. Ruel B.
