1. Letter from Ms. Mary Jane L. Dominguez, Head, Permit Section for and in behalf of Atty. Archie Edsel C. Asuncion, Chief, Water Rights Division, National Water Resource Board, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines dated April 18, 2023 addressed to the Provincial Secretary, Province of Surigao del Sur, furnishing the Body the reference of Water Permit Application/s of WPA No. XIII-SDS-2023-03-089 filed by the Diamond Streamworks Incorporated located at Carac-an River, Sitio Cagpangi, Cabas-an, Cantilan, Surigao del Sur for surface water/groundwater. The latter requested the addressee that the said Notice/s of Water Permit Application be posted in the Bulletin Board of the Office and shall remain posted for a period of fifteen (15) days from receipt and any person who may be adversely affected by the proposed appropriation/s may file a verified protest with the National Water Resources Board within fifteen (15) days from the posting of said Notice/s of Application, for the Body’s information.
