7. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated May 22, 2023 addressed to the Honorable Members, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Resolution endorsing to the National Commission of the Culture and the Arts the list of the Cultural properties of the different LGUs in the Province of Surigao del Sur for the corresponding issuance of the Certificate of Acknowledgement, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

9. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated May 22, 2023 addressed to the Honorable Members, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Health - Center for Health Development CARAGA, represented by Dr. Cesar C. Cassion, MPH, CESO III, Regional Director, under the Medical Assistance to Indigent Patients (MAIP) Program in Cortes Municipal Hospital, Municipality of Cortes, this Province Amounting to P1,470,000.00 as one of the identified health facilities in the province, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
