In this regard, the latter informed the Body that the BIR has recently launched a web-based Online Registration and Update System (ORUS) which can be accessed 24/7 through the BIR Website where it gives business taxpayers a convenient way to apply for business registration with the Bureau online, anytime and anywhere, for the Body’s information.

Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province to File, for and in Behalf of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur, for a Miscellaneous Lease Application (MLA), with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)”. The latter informed the Body that perusal of the policies and guidelines surrounding the matter revealed that disposition of lands through agreements such as Foreshore Lease and Miscellaneous Lease are intended for private individuals, organizations or corporations only. Nevertheless, he informed the Body that the aforesaid Resolution was referred to the Regional Officer under the covering Memorandum dated May 04, 2023 with a request for their end to be advised/determined to whatever possible instrumentalities they could resort for the said project, for the Body’s information.
