Cassion, MPH, CESO III, Regional Director, under the Medical Assistance to Indigent Patients (MAIP) Program in Marihatag District Hospital, Municipality of Marihatag, this Province amounting to Php4,410,000.00 as one of the identified health facilities in the Province, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
