1. Letter of Hon. Johnny T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, dated May 19, 2016 addressed to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Provincial Vice Governor, all this Province, requesting for the urgent passage of a resolution authorizing the latter and the Provincial Treasurer to transfer all Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur Accounts from Philippine National Bank to the Development Bank of the Philippines, to wit:

1. Trust Fund Account

2. Special Education Fund

3. DA-RFU XIII SELAP

4.General Fund

5. 20% EDF

VI   –   Announcement

     The Committee Meeting of the 17^th Sangguniang Panlalawigan will be held on June 6, 2016 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon and the 134^th Regular Session will be on June 7, 2016 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall, New Legislative Building, Capitol Hills, Tandag City, this Province.
