2. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provicial Governor, this Province dated March 10, 2023 addressed to the Honorable Members, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government with the Department of Health Center for Health Development – CARAGA, represented by Dr. Cesar C. Cassion, MPH, CESO III, Regional Director, under the Medical Assistance to Indigent Patients (MAIP) Program for the identified health facilities, as follows: Bislig District Hospital – P2,940,000.00 and Hinatuan District Hospital – P1,470,000.00, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

3. 1^st Indorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province dated March 13, 2023, forwarding to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the basic communication dated March 9, 2023 from Mr. Joceler M. Moralda, General Manager, Surigao del Sur Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SURSECO I), Bislig City, this Province in response to Provincial Resolution No. 600-23 dated February 14, 2023 entitled “Earnestly Requesting Mr. Joceler M. Moralda, General Manager, Surigao del Sur Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SURSECO I), Bislig City, to Immediately Facilitate and Fix the Electric Outage in Enchanted River, Barangay Talisay, Municipality of Hinatuan, this Province Which is Badly Needed for their Day-to-Day Operation”. He informed the Body that most of the power outages thereat are unscheduled or unforeseen and are mainly caused by the trees or branches that come in contact in their distribution lines, particularly during windy and rainy days. He further informed that their Office has already implemented massive clearing to address the recurring power interruptions in Hinatuan area, for the Body’s information.

4. Letter from Atty. Elaine T. Masukat, Senior Undersecretary, Presidential Management Staff, Office of the President of the Philippines, Malacañang dated January 19, 2023 addressed to Secretary Maria Antonia Yulo Loyzaga, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), DENR Bldg., Visayas Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, copy furnished the Office of the Provincial Council, relative to Resolution No. 329 s. 2022 of the Office of the Provincial Council of Surigao del Sur, requesting for the exemption of the Surigao Development Corporation from Executive Order No. 23 s. 2011, which declared a moratorium on the cutting/harvesting of naturally grown trees. She requested the Secretary to evaluate the merits of the request of the Province of Surigao del Sur in accordance with their existing guidelines and applicable laws, rules and regulations, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

5. 1^st Indorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province dated March 13, 2023, forwarding to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the basic communication dated February 16, 2023 from Mr. Nonito M. Tamayo, CESO III, Regional Executive Director, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), CARAGA Region, a response to Provincial Resolution No. 385–22 and Provincial Resolution No. 386–22, requesting DENR to identify Kilometer 24 and Road 83 of Bislig City under ancestral domain of CADT 070 and CADT 239 and furnishing the 20^th Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur all pertinent documents regarding the Status of CADT 070 and CADT 239 Titles in Bislig City, this Province, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
