Appropriation Ordinance No. 44-15 dated December 7, 2015 of the Municipality of Lianga, this Province, entitled “An Act Approving the Sum of Eighty Seven Million Two Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy One Pesos (P87,297,971.00) from the General Fund Annual Budget FY 2016 for the Local Operations of the Municipality of Lianga, Surigao del Sur from January 1-December 31, 2016 and for Related Purposes”.

Bantugan, MPA, OIC-District Engineer, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Office of the District Engineer, Surigao del Sur 1stDistrict Engineering Office, Tandag City addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan dated April 1, 2016, furnishing the Status Report of Project Implementation Undertaken by the DPWH, Surigao del Sur 1st District Engineering Office, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, for the month of March, 2016, for reference and guidance of the Body.
2. Computer generated letter from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Quezon City, acknowledging receipt of SP Resolution No. 2166 (Series of 2016) from the Province of Surigao del Sur and informing the Body that the same was referred to the Office of the Chief of Staff on March 15, 2016.
3. Letter of Atty. Analiza Rebuelta-Teh, Undersecretary, Chief of Staff, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Visayas, Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, addressed to Honorable Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Provincial Vice Governor, this Province dated March 3, 2016 in relation to Surigao del Sur Provincial Council Resolution No.2072-16 entitled “Requesting Secretary Ramon Paje to Conduct a Study on the Root Cause of the Turbidity of Hinatuan River in the Municipality of Hinatuan, Province of Surigao del Sur”, informing the August Body that she had instructed Director Nonito M. Tamayo, Regional Director of DENR CARAGA to conduct a study on the root cause of the turbidity of Hinatuan River and his office will directly coordinate with the Vice Governor regarding the conduct and the result of the study.
4. Letter of Dir. Jerome E. Ilagan, CESE, Acting Head, Presidential Action Center, Malacanang Palace, Manila, addressed to PCSUPT Nestor F. Quinsay, Jr., Director, Police Community Relation Group, Philippine National Police (PNP), Camp General Rafael Crame, Quezon City dated March 4, 2016 copy furnished this August Body thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Provincial Vice Governor, Presiding Officer, this Province forwarding the letters of the parties concerned addressed to the Office of the President of the Philippines for appropriate action with reference among others to Resolution No. 2006-15 of the Body on the unceremonious relief of PSSUPT Narciso Balisi Verdadero as Provincial Director of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in the Province of Surigao del Sur.
