Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the urgent passage of an Appropriation Ordinance authorizing its utilization under Supplemental Budget No. 1, Amounting to Pesos: Forty One Million Fifteen Thousand Ninety Four Pesos & 62/100 (Php 41,015,094.62), for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

2. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated February 7, 2023 addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sanggunaing Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to reactivate the list of Dormant Depository Accounts under the Trust Fund with the Land Bank of the Philippines-Tandag Branch of the Province of Surigao del Sur and designating Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, Mr. Esmeraldo S. Raymundo, Provincial Administrator, Ms. Fermina D. Palangpang, Provincial Treasurer and Mr. Benjo B. Ordinance No. 02 dated January 17, 2023 of the Municipality of Barobo, this Province entitled “Ordinance Providing Guidelines for the Domestication of Dogs and Rabies Control in the Municipality of Barobo, Surigao del Sur; and Amending Ordinance No. 04, Series of 2015 Entitled ‘Providing Guidelines for the Protection of Dogs; and the Welfare of the Constituents Against Rabies”’.

Ordinance No. 15 dated February 14, 2023 of the Municipality of San Agustin, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Amending Portion of Municipal Ordinance No. 09-2022 Specifically Section 8, Paragraph 8.1: The Qualification Standard of the Municipal Government Department Head I (Municipal Population Officer)”.

8. Ordinance No. 03 dated February 6, 2023 of the Municipality of Tagbina, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Enacting and Updating the Code of Economic Enterprise of Tagbina, Surigao del Sur”.

9. Letter from Mr. Mario P. Cuñado, Regional Director, Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), Butuan City dated February 13, 2023 addressed to Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province, informing the Body that Mr. Reymar A. Estafia, Planning Officer II, DICT, Butuan City will be attending the Orientation as Resource Speaker for and in behalf of DICT Regional Office in response to Resolution No. 562-23 entitled “Earnestly Requesting the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) - CARAGA Region XIII, Butuan City to Conduct an Orientation on the Data Privacy Act for the IT Department of DepEd Bislig City Division Office, Local Government Units (LGUs) IT Department, Government IT Offices, and Private Firms in the Province of Surigao del Sur”. The latter asked the good Office of the Vice Governor for the specific target date and venue for the conduct of the aforesaid orientation and he suggested that the activity be held in one venue or setting for the convenience of the participants, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

10. 1^st Indorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province dated February 22, 2023, forwarding to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the basic communication dated February 20, 2023 from Ms. May Flora A. Cagoco, Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan, Municipality of Barobo, this Province, forwarding a copy of Municipal Resolution No. 51-B, dated February 20, 2023 entitled, “Fervently Requesting Hon. Johnny T. Pimentel, Congressman of the Province of Surigao del Sur, to Prioritize the Concreting of the Road Shoulderings and to Cause the Proper Rehabilitation of the Main Drainage Canals Within the National Highway of Barangay Poblacion, this Municipality, Following/Implementing the 12M x 12M Width”, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

Ordinance No. 05 dated February 13, 2023 of the Municipality of Carrascal, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Naming the New Existing Road from Leva Street Going to the National Highway, Baybay, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur as Pimentel Street to Perpetuate the Memory of the Late Governor Vicente T. Pimentel, Jr.”.

Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, informing the Body that Resolution No. 471-22 entitled “Requesting GSIS to Establish a Satellite Office in Bislig City, Surigao del Sur” was received by their office last February 15, 2023. She informed the Body that the aforesaid Resolution was referred to Atty. Jason Teng, Senior Vice President, Vismin Operations Group, GSIS for his appropriate action, for the Body’s information.
