1. Appropriation Ordinance No. 05 dated November 24, 2022 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Declaring the Amount of Six Hundred Five Thousand Pesos (P605,000.00) as Savings and Authorizing the Same Amount Including the Amount of One Hundred Million Pesos (P100,000,000.00) from the Loan Proceeds with a Total Amount of One Hundred Million and Six Hundred Five Thousand Pesos (P100,605,000.00) Under Supplemental Budget No. 5, Series of 2022 to Cover the Urgent and Necessary Expenses, to wit:
A. Phase II Development and Construction of Level III Water
System;
B. Acquisition of Heavy Equipment Units;
C. Construction of Marihatag Potable Water System Level III;
and
D. Equity to KALAHI-CIDSS of Barangay Arorogan”.
2. Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-31 dated December 6, 2022 of the City of Bislig, this Province entitled “Appropriation Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 4 CY 2022 Involving an Amount of Six Million Pesos (Php6,000,000.00) for the Operations of the City of Bislig”.

3. Ordinance No. 10 dated December 2, 2022 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Approving and Ratifying the Term Loan Agreement, the Deed of Assignment of National Tax Allotment (NTA) Deposits Against the LGU’s Deposit Account, Deed of Undertaking, and Other Documents Related Thereto Signed and Executed Between the Municipality of Marihatag, Province of Surigao del Sur, and the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) with All the Terms and Condition Thereof”.

4. Ordinance No. 07 dated November 23, 2022 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Organizing and Creating the People’s Law Enforcement Board (PLEB) in the Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur in Compliance to Republic Act. No. 6975 or DILG Act of 1990”.
5.Ordinance No. 08 dated November 23, 2022 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the People’s Council of the Municipality of Marihatag, Province of Surigao del Sur, Providing its Duties and Functions and for Other Purposes”.
6. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated January 11, 2023 addressed to the Honorable Members, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the enactment and passage of an Ordinance for the following requests from the Provincial Human Resource Management Office, this Province, the creation of New Positions and its corresponding Job Descriptions, Qualification Standards and Budgetary Requirements for the Provincial Veterinary Office and the Provincial Accountant’s Office. Attached is a copy of the letter request of the PHRMO together with attachments, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

7. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated January 9, 2023 addressed to the Honorable Members, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government with the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund), represented by Mr. Amorpatri B. Bajarla, DM III, Area Head Northern Mindanao Group, for the implementation of the Online Short-Term Loan (STL) Application through Virtual Pag-IBIG, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

8. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, dated January 11, 2023 addressed to the Honorable Members, Office of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign an Implementation Management Agreement (IMA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government, with the Department Of Agriculture-PRDP Program Support Office, represented by Mr. Abel James I. Monteagudo, Project Director, PSO-Mindanao, Engr. Ricardo M. Onate, Project Director, Regional Project Coordination Office-CARAGA and the San Nicolas Development Cooperative (SANIDECO), represented by Mrs. Gemma A. Pangan, Chairperson, for the implementation of the project entitled “Consolidation and Processing of Green Coffee Beans”, amounting to Php2,122,998.33, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

9. Letter from Mr. Marcos M. Quico, L.AGR., MPA, Provincial Agriculturist, Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, this Province, dated January 13, 2023 addressed to the Honorable Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, Office of the Provincial Council thru Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, submitting one (1) piece hardbounded Result of the Soil Testing and Feasibility Study Conducted in the Province of Surigao del Sur during the Term of Former Governor Vicente T. Pimentel, Jr. and the Term of Secretary Emmanuel F. Piñol in compliance with SP Resolution No. 415-22, for the Body’s information, reference and appropriate action.
10. Ordinance No. 01 dated January 3, 2023 of the Municipality of Bayabas, this Province entitled “Ordinance Enacting the Fisheries and Coastal Resource Management (CRM) Code of the Municipality of Bayabas, Surigao del Sur”.

11. Letter from Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province dated January 18, 2023 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, submitting the copy of the 2022 Annual Legislative Accomplishment Report (ALAR) of the 19th and 20th Tanggapan ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan, for the Body’s adoption and approval.
