1. Appropriation Ordinance No. 05 dated December 27, 2022 of the Municipality of Bayabas, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Appropriation of Six Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Forty Six Pesos and 14/100 (P6,855,646.14) for the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 03 CY 2022 of the Municipality of Bayabas, Surigao del Sur, Covering the Various Expenditures as Provided for Under Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SAIP) No. 03, Series of 2022, Subject to All Legal Laws and Regulations”.

2. Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-03 dated December 22, 2022 of the Municipality of Lingig, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 2 of the Municipality of Lingig for the Fiscal Year 2022 in the Total Amount of Seven Million Five Hundred Eleven Thousand and Six Hundred (P7,511,600.00) Pesos for Service Recognition Incentives, Productivity Enhancement Incentives and Employees Welfare Assistance to All Municipal Government Employees and Workers Including Personnel Under Casual Employment, Contract of Service, Job Orders, and Other Workers Directly Rendering Services to the Local Government of Lingig for the Fiscal Year 2022 and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

3. Appropriation Ordinance No. 12 dated November 29, 2022 of the Municipality of San Agustin, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Annual Budget of the Municipality of San Agustin, Surigao del Sur for Fiscal Year 2023 in the Total Amount of P192,234,148.00 for the General Fund and P36,876,855.62 for the Local Economic Enterprise (LEE) Fund, Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the Municipal Government and Appropriating Necessary Funds for the Purpose”. 

4. Appropriation Ordinance No. 31-2022 dated December 12, 2022 of the Municipality of Madrid, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Annual Budget of the Municipality of Madrid, Surigao del Sur, in the Amount of One Hundred Thirty One Million Eight Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Seventy Four Pesos (P131,829,074.00) Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the Municipal Government for the Fiscal Year 2023 and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

5. 1st Indorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province dated January 12, 2023, forwarding to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the basic communication dated Janaury 10, 2023 from Atty. Porferio M. Baluran, Jr., District Public Attorney, Tandag City District Office, Tandag City, this Province, earnestly requesting the August Body to favorably extend or provide a yearly budget in the form of office expenses and maintenance as well as honorarium to the lawyers of the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) for extending legal services to the beloved constituents of the Province, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

6. Letter of Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province dated January 6, 2023 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, furnishing a copy of the  SP Quarterly Report for October to December 2022 of the Tanggapan ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan, for the Body’s information, guidance and approval.

1. Letter from Atty. Joahna Paula Q. Domingo, Undersecretary, Office of the President of the Philippines, Malacañang, Manila dated December 7, 2022 addressed to Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor thru Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Office of the Provincial Council, all of this Province, acknowledging receipt of Resolution No. 298-22, s. 2022 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of the Province of Surigao del Sur, entitled “Earnestly Requesting the House of the Senate of the Philippines to Retain the Funding of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict in the National Budget”. The latter informed the Body that they will evaluate and communicate for any updates on the above-mentioned matter, for the Body’s information.

2. Letter from Engr. Ruel B. Bantugan, MPA, District Engineer, Surigao del Sur I, District Engineering Office, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Tandag City, this Province dated January 04, 2023, addressed to the Honorable Provincial Board Members of the Province of Surigao del Sur, furnishing a copy of the Status Report of Project Implementation undertaken by the DPWH-SDS 1st District Engineering Office, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur for the Month of December, 2022, for the Body’s information.

3. 1st Indorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province dated January 11, 2023, forwarding to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the basic communication dated December 16, 2022 from Mr. Mamerto V. Valbares, DMO IV, In-Charge, Office of the CENRO, Bislig City, this Province, relative to the letter response to Provincial Board Resolution No. 387-22 dated November 15, 2022 entitled , “Informing All Concerned Government Agencies that CADT 070 and CADT 329 is Within the Ancestral Domain of the Mandaya Tribe and the Requirements Set Forth by the Indigenous Peoples (IPs) Rights Act Wherein the Free, Prior and Informed Consent shall be Observed”, for the Body’s information.
