1. Appropriation Ordinance No. 04 dated October 12, 2022 of the Municipality of  Marihatag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Declaring the Amount of Four Million Six Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty One Pesos and Eighty Three Centavos (P4,663,951.83) as Savings and Authorizing the Same Amount Under Supplemental Budget No. 04, Series of 2022 for the Operations of the Municipality of Marihatag from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022”.

2. Appropriation Ordinance No. BP-08 dated November 10, 2022 of the Municipality of Tago, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Augmenting the Medicine Supplies Appropriation of the Rural Health Unit of Tago in the Amount of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00), Funds to be Taken from the Unobligated Balance of the Training Expenses Allocation of the Same Office”.

3. Appropriation Ordinance No. BP-09 dated November 10, 2022 of the Municipality of Tago, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Augmenting the Following Object of Expenditures of the Hereunder Offices:

4. Appropriation Ordinance No. 12 dated October 24, 2022 of the Municipality of Carrascal, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 3, Series of 2022, Involving an Amount of Fifty Nine Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand One Hundred Seventy Four Pesos and Ninety Six Centavos (P59,720,174.96) Only Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the General Fund and Local Economic Enterprise of the Municipal Government and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

 5. Resolution No. 014 dated July 20, 2022 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “A Resolution Adopting the Annual Investment Program (AIP) of the Muncipality of Marihatag as Expressed in Municipal Development Council (MDC) Resolution No. 01, Series of 2022 Entitled: A Resolution Formulating the Calendar Year 2023 Annual Investment Program (AIP) of the Municipality of Marihatag and Endorsing to the Sangguniang Bayan for Final Approval”.

6. Resolution No. 203-22 dated September 27, 2022 of the Municipality of Cagwait, this Province entitled “A Resolution Adopting MDC Res. No. 001 Series of 2022 Dated June 8, 2022 Entitled “A Resolution Adopting the Fiscal Year 2023 Annual Investment Program (AIP) of the Municipality of Cagwait, Surigao del Sur and Endorsing the Same for the Approval”.

7. Resolution No. 142 dated November 7, 2022 of the Municipality of Carrascal, this Province entitled “Approving of the Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) No. 4 Fiscal Year 2022 in the Amount of One Hundred Thirty Eight Million Six Hundred Seventy One Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Six Pesos & 41/100 (P 138,671,436.41) of the Municipality of Carrascal, Surigao del Sur”.

8. Resolution No. 2022-490 dated August 2, 2022 of the City of Bislig, this Province entitled “ Resolution Adopting the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) CY 2023 of the City of Bislig”.

9. Ordinance No. 08-22 dated October 18, 2022 of the Municipality of Cagwait, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Prescribing the Rules and Regulations in the Operations and Management of the Community Fish Landing Center (CFLC) and Jetty Port (JP) in the Municipality of Cagwait, Surigao del Sur, Imposing Regulatory Fees and Charges and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof”.

10. Ordinance No. 10-22 dated October 18, 2022 of the Municipality of Cagwait, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. 02-18, Entitled “Fixing the New Fare Rates and Baggages Fee of Tricycle, Motorized Tricycad and Habal-Habal Operating Within the Municipality of Cagwait, Surigao del Sur”.

11.   Ordinance No. 09-22 dated October 18, 2022 of the Municipality of Cagwait, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Regulating the Selling and Drinking of Beer, Liquor or Alcoholic Beverage of Any Kind in Public Places Within the Territorial Jurisdiction of the Municipality of Cagwait, Surigao del Sur, Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof and for Other Purposes”.

12. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province dated November 11, 2022, addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Honorable Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government, with the Department of Health-CHD Caraga, represented by Dr. Cesar C. Cassion, MPH, CESO III, Regional Director, Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center with principal address at B. Rodrigues St., Cebu City,  represented by Dr. Gerardo M. Aquino, Jr., MHA, CEO VI and Dr. Ryan John R. Pita, a graduate of Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, Internal Medicine Department, of legal age, Filipino and with residence at Suba Danao, Cebu City, for the Post Residency Deployment Program, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

13. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province dated November 15, 2022, addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Honorable Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government, with the Department of Health –CHD Caraga, represented by Dr. Cesar C. Cassion, CESO III, Regional Director, for the payment of health Emergency Allowance (HEA) for Cortes, Municipal Hospital, Surigao del Sur, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

14. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province dated November 15, 2022, addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Honorable Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government, with the Special Needs Association of San Agustin, represented by Mr. Melanio G. Gerona, Association President, for the implementation of a project entitled “Purchase of Motor with Cab”, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

15. Ordinance No. 01 dated October 5, 2022 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province  entitled “An Ordinance Prescribing Guidelines for the Grant of Franchise Authority or License in the Establishment, Operation and Maintenance of Cockpits Including Other Rgulations Relative Thereto in the Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur”.

16. Letter of Mr. Joceler M. Moralda, General Manager. Surigao del Sur I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SURSECO I), Inc., San Fernando,  Bislig City, this Province dated November 14, 2022  addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, in response  to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 273-22 relative to the summary of SURSECO- I Average Power Interruption for the period 2017-2021.  

                 In his letter, the latter categorized the power outages for the

           past five years according to their nature, cause and coverage, viz:

1. Scheduled

2. Unscheduled

3. Major Disaster

4. NGCP outages

5. Affecting the Whole Substation

6. Affecting the whole feeder line 

                              Attached is a copy of the Avarage Power Interruption for the

            Body’s information and appropriate action.

17. Ordinance No. 05 dated October 12, 2022 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Establishing the Marihatag Water System, its Management, Impositions of the Corresponding Fees and Charges, Penalties for Violations Thereof and for Other Purposes”.

18. Ist Indorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province, dated November 17, 2022, forwarding to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, forwarding  a copy of the letter of Ms. Cristie Y. Reyes, EnP, OIC-Director, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, Regional Office CARAGA dated November 9, 2022, addressed to Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Provincial Vice Governor thru Mrs. Gemma M. Picasales, Local Legislative Staff Officer V, Acting Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan,  all of this Province,  referring to Resolution No. 204-22 dated September 13, 2022 of this Council, which was received by the said Office on October 24, 2022 requesting for review of the application of  Fecility Homes Subdivision Located at Purok 1, Barangay Algria, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, Owned by Lightfield Properties, Inc. represented by Mr. Leo S. Beldad. The latter informed the Body that the said Office has issued Certificate of Registration (CR), License to Sell (LS) and Advertisement Approval (AA) to the aforementioned project. Further, the approval of Subdivision Development Permit (SDP) is under the jurisdiction of the local government of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur pursuant to Executive Order 71, series of 1993. Hence, the said Office is still coordinating with the Local Government of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur for clarification or comment, and any response from them shall be furnished to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur. Attached is a copy of their letter addressed to Hon. Grace Carmel D. Paredes-Bravo, Municipal Mayor of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, copy furnished this Body and other supporting documents, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
