Racho, RPF, OIC, Community Enviroment and Natural Resources (CENR) Officer, Department of Enviroment and Natural Resources (DENR), addressed to the Office of the Provincial Board Members, this Province, dated September 21, 2022, acknowledging receipt of Resolution No. 173-22, Series of 2022 entitled “Earnestly Requesting the DENR-CENRO Bislig to Expedite the Issuance of Survey Authority to the North Earstern Mindanao Univesity (NEMSU) Bislig Campus”, authored by Honorable Provincial Board Member Atty. Conrad C. Cejoco. He informed the Body that they will be sending a letter to NEMSU Bislig Campus, requiring the President of the University to request the DENR Regional Office to Cancel PSU-13-000277 (AR) as a requirement before they will recommend for the issuance of Survey Authority. He further informed the Body that the survey for NEMSU will not be approved, unless, the approved survey of DAR had already been cancelled, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
2. Letter of Mr. Nathaniel E. Racho, RPF, OIC, Community Enviroment and Natural Resources (CENR) Officer, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), dated September 20, 2022, addressed to the Regional Executive Director, Department of Enviroment and Natural Resources (DENR), CARAGA Region, Ambago, Butuan City thru the OIC, PENR Officer, PENRO Tandag, Surigao del Sur, copy furnished the Office of the Provincial Board Member, this Province with Subject: Surigao del Sur Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 149-22, Series of 2022 entitled “Earnestly Requesting the CENRO Bislig to Submit a Report on the Issuance of Titles to Private Individuals Within the Timberland Areas in the City of Bislig”. As per letter, the latter requested from the Surveys and Mapping Division of all approved plan when overlaid in the projection unit found to be within the Timberland, as the report needed by the Provincial Legislators of Surigao del Sur, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
