Minardo, Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Lanuza, Surigao del Sur, dated October 3, 2022, seeking the Department’s intervention to exercise its supervisory functions over the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of the Province of Surigao del Sur in the performance of its duties and mandates pursuant to the provision of the Local Government Code of 1991, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

5. Resolution No. 311 dated September 27, 2022 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “A Resolution Approving and Adopting the 2023 Annual Investment Program (AIP) of the Local Government Unit of Carmen, Surigao del Sur”.
6. Resolution No. 211-2022 dated October 10, 2022 of the Municipality of Madrid, this Province entitled “A Resolution Approving the Third (3rd) Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (SAIP) for Calendar Year 2022 of the Municipality of Madrid, Surigao del Sur Per MDC Res. No. 06-2022”.

Resolution No. 233 dated September 20, 2022 of the Municipality of Barobo, this Province entitled “Requesting the Sangguniang Panlalawigan to Enact an Ordinance to Declare Tax Holiday for Five (5) for All the Fees and Charges of Real Properties Belonging to Barangay Campbagang But are Declared in Alegria, Agusan del Sur for their Transfer to Barobo Being Under the Said Locality”.

Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting the passage of a Resolution endorsing Resolution No. 261, Series of 2022 of the Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Surigao del Sur, to His Excellency President Ferdinand R. Ordinance No. 02 dated September 21, 2022 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Amending Municipal Ordinance No. 12, Series of 2021, Entitled: “An Ordinance Establishing the Municipal Enterprises Development and Management Office (MEDMO) in the Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur, Creating Positions to Carry Out its Functions, Providing Funds and for Other Purposes “ by Incorporating the Corrections Required by the Tanggapan ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan in their Resolution No. 2297-22, Series of 2022”.
11. Ordinance No. 04 dated September 21, 2022 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Amending Municipal Ordinance No. 15, Series of 2021, Entitled: ‘An Ordinance Enacting the New Organizational Structure and Staffing Pattern, Creating Various Positions and Defining its Functions in the Municipal Government of Marihatag, Province of Surigao del Sur’ by Incorporating the Corrections Required by the Tanggapan ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan in their Resolution No. 2416-22, Series of 2022’”

12. Ordinance No. 03 dated September 21, 2022 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Amending (A) Section 5 - the Scholarship Selection Board, Section 10 - Benefits Defined, Section 11 - Warnings and Disqualifications of Scholars and Incorporating a Provision for Scope of Application on Municipal Ordinance No. 08, Series of 2017, Entitled: ‘An Ordinance Establishing a Municipal Scholarship Program to Qualified Students in Public and Private High Schools in the Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur, and Appropriating Funds Relative Thereof’”.

1. Letter of Mr. Leomides R. Villareal, Regional Director, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), addressed to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J. D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, dated October 7, 2022, pertaining to SP Resolution No. 172-22, Series of 2022 entitled “Strongly Supporting North Eastern Mindanao University (NEMSU) on its Stand to Retain and Maintain the Entire Area of NEMSU-San Miguel Campus and to Exempt the Said Campus from Coverage of E.O. 75 by the Department of Agrarain Reform (DAR)”. He informed the Body that they7 have already replied on the same concern in thier letter dated September 28, 2022. He reiterated that their Office could no longer entertain nor take cognizant on the issue raised in the said Resolution considering that the same was already been elevated to DAR Central Office through DVC, which has now the authority over it, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
